Hungarian National Gallery
The former Royal Palace or Buda Castle, as it is known, is situated on the southern part of Castle Hill.
Its soaring central dome dominates the Buda skyline when viewed from the city centre Pest embankment. Today it houses the National Library and a complex of museums. Due to its favorably large dimensions, it is a most elegant setting for parties of up to 2,000 participants, and prestigious gala dinners for up to 800 guests.
